The only address for data
If you want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, write to [email protected]. That is the only email domain on this site. Telephone +1 902 429 3186 if you would rather speak. This site is hosted in Canada. We do not sell lists, and we do not buy lists.
What arrives
Information you give us
The booking form collects a name, an email, an optional telephone number, a date, a seating choice, a party size, and a message. The Saturday-note form collects an email, an optional line, and a consent tick. We use those fields to reply, to hold or decline a chair, and — when you asked — to send the weekly menu. We do not use them to build a public guest wall, and we do not publish your name.
Consent is required for both forms because a reply is still a use of your email. You can withdraw by writing to the same address. We will stop the Saturday note. We may still keep a booking record for a night that has already been cooked, because the kitchen has to know who was expected.
What the site sees
Technical traces
The hosting machines keep ordinary server logs — time, a rough address on the network, the page asked for — so that the site can be repaired when it breaks. If you accept cookies, we may also keep an anonymous count of visits. If you decline, the pages still open. Details live on the Cookies page. We do not run advertising networks on this site.
How long
Keeping and deleting
Booking notes are kept for as long as we need them to run the room and to answer a later question about the same night — usually a few months, longer if a conversation is still open. Saturday-note addresses stay until you ask us to remove them. Server logs follow the host's ordinary rotation. We do not keep copies “for marketing texture.”

We do not list business-number or tax identifiers on this page or anywhere else on the site. If a public authority needs a document, they already know how to write to a kitchen. You do not need those figures to book a stool.
